- The Boulevard Casino is an existing facility which we added 60,000 square feet to the gaming area, a 660,000 square foot parkade and an 1100 seat Show Theater. Once again Keystone played an integral part of the design team from the outset of this project which contained its own set of challenges as we had to maintain full operation of the existing facility while we integrated the new systems into it.
