Craig Chila
Craig has worked in the electrical industry in BC for over 20 years. Having acted as both foreman and superintendent and project manager, Craig has been involved with projects in multiple capacities. It is with this experience that Craig started Keystone with the philosophy that if you empower people, success is inevitable.
Dale Chila
Dale brings a baseline of experience in both the electrical and general contracting side of the industry. Having worked as a commercial Journeyman electrician for 10 years Dale began building custom homes in 1988 and over the next 12 years built over 80 homes in the greater Vancouver area. Dale's responsibilities include estimating and project management.
Troy Canning
Troy has been in the electrical industry in both BC and Newfoundland over the last twenty years. His direct hands on approach is a huge asset as his role as the company superintendent demands both an understanding of the clients needs and the ability to pass on his experience to ensure the growth of our younger tradespeople.
Alex Kellas
Alex runs our service department and small jobs division. Having come from the service and maintenance side of the industry Alex brings a strong ability in problem solving and a wide variety of technical expertise.

As commercial manager of Keystone Electric Ltd. Steve oversees the companies estimating and contract financial operations.
With over 23 years of experience in the construction industry in both contracting and consultancy Steve is able to offer our client assistance with all aspects of budgeting, and value engineering.
Terry Kitchener
As company purchaser Terry relies on his 30 years in the contracting industry to ensure on time delivery and value to our client base. Having been owner of an electrical contracting company with over 120 employees there is not much that Terry has not seen thus bringing an unsurpassed level of experience to his position.
John Morse
As owner of Res-Com Electrical John has spent over twenty years in the commercial/retail side of the industry. Since the merge of Keystone and Res-Com John has brought his expertise in estimating and managing mid-size commercial jobs for Keystone and brings an unparalleled ability to meet both schedule and budget .
Alan Resiegh
As Project manager Alan's responsibilties include estimating, purchasing and coordination. Alan has spent over twenty years in the electrical contracting industry and is invaluable in assessing and meeting all our customers needs throughout the design and construction process.
